Our driveway and garage will accommodate 5 cars. There is NO street parking in our neighborhood.
Cleaning included in nightly rate. We ask that before you leave you start a load of towels, start the dishwasher, and leave the used beds unmade so the cleaning team can identify the beds that need fresh linens.
Firewood provided for about a two hour fire for each night of your stay
Quiet time in our neighborhood starts at 10:00pm. Please turn off exterior lights at that time as well. Quiet time means no loud music or voices after 10:00, but regular conversation volume and lights on the back deck are perfectly fine after 10:00.
Observe fire and smoking bans during any burn ban. The risk of forest fire is very high in this area during dry hot periods and residents here take this policy seriously. Any risky behavior during burn bans will likely be called into the local fire marshal by anyone in the neighborhood who witnesses it, and you will risk being assessed an expensive citation by the fire marshal.Â
